Kitchen 66 Graduates its Fall 2023 Spanish Language Cohort Tonight
Spanish language food incubator program introduces new concepts to the Tulsa food scene
December 18, 2023 | Tulsa, OK – El Programa de Lanzamiento will celebrate eight new food businesses and graduates of its program today from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. on the Mother Road Market patio (1124 S. Lewis Ave., Tulsa). Sister concept to the Kitchen 66 Launch Program, El Programa de Lanzamiento teaches a thirteen-week business training course completely in Spanish to a vast array of start-up entrepreneurs. The new food concepts will be introduced tonight to friends, family and the Tulsa food community.

ABOUT KITCHEN 66: Kitchen 66 has served more than 200 food entrepreneurs in the Tulsa area, from more than 20 countries. Approximately 50 percent of Kitchen 66 entrepreneurs are female. In June 2018, Kitchen 66 expanded into 2,800 square feet of commercial kitchen space at Mother Road Market, a non-profit food hall developed by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. Kitchen 66 also operates the Kitchen 66 Takeover Cafe, Landmark Food Truck and Kitchen 66 General Store at Mother Road Market - platforms used as sales and distribution opportunities for members of the program.
