“We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible entrepreneurs and their businesses that make Mother Road Market America’s number one food hall,” said Brian Paschal, CEO of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. “While new and innovative, the Mother Load Food Challenge is the perfect way to showcase all of the unique options offered at Mother Road Market while still holding true to the spirit of Route 66. We are excited for an event that puts local food front and center.”
While celebrating a wide variety of food and hosting this inaugural event, it does not go unnoticed that there are many who face food insecurity in the Tulsa community. “We are especially excited to be partnering with the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to make a $2,500 donation to help those in need,” said Paschal.
“We appreciate the support of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, Mother Road Market and the chefs,” said Jeff Marlow, President & CEO at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. “We could not do what we do without the incredible support of our community. Together, we can ensure that no one goes hungry in Oklahoma. Happy sixth birthday to Mother Road Market!”
