Cindy D. Roecker joined the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation in March 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the accounting, treasury, human resources and administrative support areas of the organization.

Prior to joining LTFF, Cindy worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma.  Before entering the non-profit industry, she worked for State Farm Insurance Companies for over 25 years.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her three kids (Gage, Finley and Kennedy) and two rescue dogs (Jagger and Daisy), cooking and working out with friends.
